When cleaning wall-to-wall carpeting of medium- or high-pile, it is necessary to use a vacuum cleaner with a motorized powerbrush. The S514 Direct Connect is equipped with Miele's revolutionary "direct connect (DC) system." The electric hose directly connects to the canister and wand, with no exterior wires showing and has a convenient 360° swivel. With an electric hose, Telescopic wand and Miele's mid-size powerbrush, this vacuum cleaner provides the consistent agitation needed to separate carpet fibers and to effectively remove dirt and debris. This floor tool is developed with a two-point holder clip for increased stability when using Miele's unique carrying, storage or parking features.
